The SPZ analyzed its supply processes and found that nurses spent an average of five hours per week managing inventory. The aim was to automate this process, reduce workload, and improve efficiency.

The gradual implementation began with three wards and expanded step by step, ensuring smooth operations despite ongoing construction work.
