Thanks to AutoInventory, staff at the Graz Ragnitz Private Clinic have been relieved and storage costs reduced.
The Graz Ragnitz Private Clinic, part of the PremiQaMed Group, has set out to sustainably and future-proof its supply logistics. With the successful implementation of AutoInventory, key milestones have been achieved:
- Relief for staff in medication and ward logistics
- Reduction of storage costs
- Decrease in inventory levels
- Minimization of potential sources of error
In close collaboration with the project management team of the PremiQaMed Group, the clinic’s specific requirements were analyzed, and a tailored solution was developed based on these insights. Storage areas were restructured, and shelving and scales were planned according to the identified needs.
The project team took a systematic approach and was fully aware of the challenges involved in implementing the system during ongoing operations. Step by step, AutoInventory was successfully integrated.
After a few months of adaptation, the Graz Ragnitz Private Clinic draws a thoroughly positive conclusion.
